α-Disks and the Precession of Extragalactic Jets

本文考虑黑洞在其周围吸积盘驱使下进动的机制,得出进动周期对吸积率的依赖关系。这个结果与河外喷流的观测资料符合较好。

This paper considers a mechanism in which a black hole is driven to preccss by a surrounding accretion disk, and points out the dependence of the precession period on the accretion rate. The result is in good agreement with the observational data of extragalactic jets.
