本文认为,社会市场经济理论及其政策是战后西德创造出“经济奇迹”的重要原因之一。文章在考察社会市场经济理论的兴起,阐述社会市场经济理论的主要内容及其政策措施的基础上,提出了社会市场经济理论及其政策对我国经济改革的启示。作者提出的国家应建立良好的经济秩序,让企业公平竞争;为企业活动提供稳定的货币,防止通货膨胀;健全税制,实现经济利益的公平;发展各类保险事业,增加劳动者的安全感等主张,在我国治理经济环境、整顿经济秩序,全面深化经济改革的过程中具有重要的意义。

The thesis deems that the theory of social market economy and its policy areone of important reasons of past bellum West Genmany making Economic Miracles',It advances the inspiration of the theory of social market economy and(?)ts policy tothe Economic Reform in China,based upon examinating the raising of the theoryof social market eco(?)omy,stating its main contents and its Policy and its m(?)asures,The state should establish a line economic sequence and let enterprises fair compe-titi(?)eness,and provide steady currency far enterprises'activities to prevent in(?)la-tion,and make taxation system sound and hale,to realize econmic beni(?)its fair,and(?)evlop various kinds of insurance courses to let more people in security.These(?)iews possess practical meaning in the process of carrying out the policyof ru(?)ing the economic environment,regulating the economic sequence and d(?)-penizing erono(?)policies in each field.
