莫索尼定片治疗高血压病的疗效观察

The investigation of curative effect of Moxonidine tablets to hyperten sion patients

目的 :分析和观察莫索尼定片对轻、中度高血压患者的降压效果和安全性。方法 :选出轻、中度高血压患者12 0例 ,随机分为莫索尼定组和可乐定组 ,每组患者 60例。两组患者均在治疗前停用原降压药 1～ 2周 ,服安慰剂 ,复查血压 ,舒张压 95～ 114 mm Hg者进入随机试验 [1,2 ]。莫索尼定剂量为 0 .2～ 0 .4m g/ d,观察 4周。结果 :4周后莫索尼定组患者收缩压和舒张压分别下降 9.5%和 13 .8% ,与治疗前比有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;莫索尼定组降压总有效率为 87% ,明显高于可乐定组 (77% ) ,其显效率为 60 % ,更明显高于可乐定组 (3 3 % )。结论 :莫索尼定片能有效地降低血压 ,疗效确切 。

AIM: To investigate the curative effects and security of Moxo nidine t ablets on patients with light or moderate hypertension. METHODS: 1 20 patients di agnosed as hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, Moxonidine and Cl onidine treatment group. All other hypertension treatment medicines were stopped for 1~2 weeks before experiments and the blood pressures were checked up. Pati e nts with diastolic pressure from 95 mm Hg to 114 mm Hg were accepted for experim en t. Moxonidine was administrated at the dose of 0.2~0.4 mg/d for 4 weeks. RESULTS : Four weeks after treatment, both the diastolic and systolic presure of M oxonid ine group were significantly decreased respectively compared with those of Cloni dine group (p<0.01). Moxonidine was effective in 87% patients, significantly hig her than that of control (77%). 60% patients in experimental group were sensitiv e to Moxonidine, markedly higher than Clonidine group. CONCLUSION: Moxonidine tablet can lower blood pressure effectively and safely.
