摘要 目的 :探讨胰岛素样生长因子 Ⅰ (IGF I)在早期胚胎发育终止绒毛中的表达以及母体血中IGF I水平改变与胚胎发育终止的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化法 (SP法 )检测早期胚胎发育终止绒毛中IGF I蛋白的表达 ,采用原位杂交法 (ISH)检测IGF ImRNA的表达 ,以正常妊娠为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)检测正常妊娠及早期胚胎发育终止孕妇血中IGF I水平的变化。结果 :正常妊娠绒毛中IGF I、IGF ImRNA的表达均明显高于胚胎发育终止组 (P <0 .0 1) ;正常妊娠组母血中IGF I水平显著高于胚胎发育终止组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :IGF I在绒毛组织中的表达及母血中的水平与胚胎发育密切相关 。 Objective:To investigate the relationship of villus expression and serum level of insulin like growth factor I (IGF I) and embryogenesis termination of early pregnancy.Methods:Expression of IGF I was measured by immunohistochemistry.The expression of IGF I mRNA was detected by in situ hybridization(ISH).Serum IGF I level was determined by enzyme linked immunoabsorbent assay (ELISA).Results:Both the expressions of IGF I protein and mRNA were lower in the abnormal villus of embryogenesis termination than that of normal villus(P<0.01).Serum level of IGF I in normal pregnancy women was much higher than that of abnormal pregnancy women.Conclusion:IGF I may play an important role in the regulation of fetal growth.Decrease of IGF I either in villus or in serum may be one of the key factors contributing to the embryogenesis termination of early pregnancy.
