家族性腺瘤样息肉病10例外科治疗

Surgical treatment of 10 cases of familial adenomatous polyposis

目的 探讨家族性腺瘤样息肉病 (familialadenomatouspolyposis ,FAP)的外科治疗。 方法 回顾分析1993～ 2 0 0 2年收治的 10例FAP采用直肠结肠切除和贮袋式肛门吻合术 (ilealpouch analanastomosis ,IPAA)临床资料。结果 全组无手术死亡 ,10例患者随访 8个月～ 9年 ,1例癌变患者 3年后死亡 ,9例存活且肠道功能好。

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of familial adenomatous polyposis(FAP). Methods The clinic data of 10 cases of FAP undergoing proctocolectomy with IPAA from 1993 to 2002 were retrospectively analyzed.Results None of the patients died of operation. All cases were followed up for 8 months to 9 years. One case died of carcinomatous change, the others live well and bowel function is good.Conclusion Proctocolectomy with IPAA are effective in the treatment of FAP.
