消疣液治疗扁平疣120例

Treatment of xiao you ye on 120 cases verruca planae

目的 探讨消疣液治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法 将 12 0例扁平疣患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 ( 60例 )采用消疣液外擦 ;对照组 ( 60例 )采用阿昔洛韦软膏外擦 ,疗程均为 2 0天。结果 治疗组痊愈 42例 ( 70 .0 % ) ,有效 12例 ( 2 0 .0 % ) ,无效 6例( 10 .0 % ) ,总有效率 90 .0 %。对照组痊愈 3 0例 ( 5 0 .0 % ) ,有效 14例 ( 2 3 .3 % ) ,无效 16例 ( 2 6.7% ) ,总有效率 73 .3 %。两组疗效比较 ,治疗组的痊愈率和总有效率均显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 消疣液治疗扁平疣疗效肯定、方法简便。

Objective To investigate the cliniic effect of xiao you ye on verruca planae. Methods 120 cases verrucal planae were randomly divided adopting numerical table method into two group.Treatment group (60 cases) was given xiao you ye for external use for 20 days.Control group was given acyclovir ointment for external use for 20 days.Results The cure rate、ineffective rate and total effective rate of treatment group control group were 70%、20%、10%、90% and 50%、23.33%、26.67%、73.33%,respectively.The clinic effect of treatment group is higher than that of control group(P=0.013).Conclusion Xiao you ye is a good、safe and easy drug in the treatment of verruca planae.
