自体表皮移植治疗白癜风11例的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of autologous epidermal grafting on 11 vitiligo patients

目的 探讨自体表皮移植治疗白癜风的疗效。方法 11例白癜风病人采用自体表皮移植术 ,其中局限型 4例 ,节段型 6例 ,泛发型 1例 ,共移植 16个白斑区 ,植入直径 1cm皮片 115处。结果 皮片成活率 93 .91% ,有效色素细胞再生率 83 .48% ,总有效率 90 .91%。结论 白癜风自体表皮移植治疗操作简单 ,疗效可靠 。

Objective To explore the curative effect of autologous epidermal grafting on vitiligo patients.Methods vitiligo patients with autologous epidermal have been transplanted,4 patients were localized,6 segmental and 1 general,and 115 skin grafts,sites 1.0 cm were transplanted to 16 vitiligo areas.Results The livabitity of skin grafts amounted to 93.91%,the revivability of effective chromatophore was 83.48%,the total effective rate was 90.91%.Conclusion Therapy of autologous epidermal grafting is simple operation,the treatment is effective,especially adapt to treat localized vitiligo patient and seginental vitiligo patient.
