Aline前路钢板内固定治疗颈椎伤病25例

Application of anterior cervical Aline plate fixation in 25 cases of cervical spondylosis or injuries

目的 报道Aline颈椎前路钢板固定系统在颈椎伤病的应用情况。方法 回顾性分析应用Aline颈椎前路钢板治疗颈椎伤病 2 5例的效果。结果 2 5例全部获得随访 ,随访时间 6个月～ 2年 ,植骨均于术后 3个月内融合 ,钢板及螺钉位置良好 ,无不良并发症发生 ,神经功能恢复好。结论 Aline钢板固定系统操作简单 ,术后能提供即刻稳定性 ,不影响影像效果 ,但价格较昂贵。

Objective To report the application of anterior cervical Aline plate fixation system in cervical spondylosis or injuries. Methods 25 cases of cervical spondylosis or injuries treated with Aline plate were reviewed. Results 25 cases were followed up to 6 months～2 years. Bone graft fusion was obtained after operation in 3 months in all cases. No looseness of the plates and the screws was found. No complication occurred. The nerve function recovered well. Conclusion The Aline plate system is simple to manipulate,which can provide reliable stability for the fixation segments without influence on photography,except it is expensive.
