脊柱手术后脑脊液漏的中西医结合治疗

Treatment of cerebrospinal fluid leakage in spinal surgery by integrated Chinese and western medical therapy

目的 探讨脊柱外科手术后常见并发症脑脊液漏的中西医结合治疗方法及效果。方法 对脊柱手术后脑脊液漏的 16例患者进行分析总结。结果 经过术中处理及术后中西医结合治疗。 16例经保守治疗后于 4～ 15d内脑脊液漏停止 ,切口一期愈合。术后随访 9～ 2 8个月 ,未发现脑脊液漏 ,患者未遗留腰背痛及头晕头痛等症状。结论 通过术中积极修补破裂硬脊膜或压迫填塞处理 ,术后采用中西医结合方法治疗 ,脑脊液漏均可治愈 ,特别是中药的运用对于减少脑脊液渗出 ,预防、减轻。

Objective To investigate the treatment and outcome of cerebrospinal fluid leakage in spinal surgery by integrated Chinese and western medical therapy. Methods A retrospective study was taken to the 16 cases suffered from cerebrospinal fluid leakage after spinal surgery. Results All 16 cases cured in 4～15 days, and the incision healed. In 9～28 months follow-up, no cerebrospinal fluid leakage cyst formation, lumbago or headace was found. Conclusion Almost all cerebrospinal fluid leakage can be treated by repairing dura mater or compression plugging in operation and treatment after operation. Especially Chinese herbal medicine is very useful for decreasing the cerebrospinal fluid secretion, and reducing the complication postoperatively.
