颅脑损伤急性期血糖变化与病情及预后的关系

目的 探讨颅脑损伤急性期血糖变化与病情及预后的关系。方法 对 1 36例急性颅脑损伤病人进行血糖测定并将测定 ,并分别与病情及预后的关系进行分析。结果 格拉斯哥昏迷评分 (GCS)越低血糖升高越明显 ;血糖增高越明显预后越差。结论 血糖的变化可作为急性颅脑损伤的严重程度和估计其预后的参考指标之一。
