摘要
目的 :观察白屈菜总生物碱 (以下简称生物碱 )的祛痰止咳作用。方法 :白屈菜总生物碱 5、1 0、2 0mg· kg-1 ,灌胃给药。采用小鼠气管段酚红排泌量法观察 TACM的祛痰作用 ,小鼠氨水引咳实验、豚鼠枸橼酸引咳实验、刺激猫的喉上神经引咳实验 ,观察用药前后引咳潜伏期、3min内的咳嗽次数及引咳阈电压。结果 :白屈菜总生物碱增加小鼠气管段酚红排泌量 ,可明显的延长小鼠和豚鼠引咳潜伏期、减少咳嗽次数、明显提高猫致咳阈电压 ,并持续 3h以上。结论
Objective: To observe the expectorant and relieving cough effects of total alkaloid from Chelidonium majus L.(TACM). Methods: TACM of 5, 10, 20 mg·kg -1 was administered by ig to mice and guinea pigs and cats. The expectorant effect was observed by method of the excretion quantity of phenofulphthalein in trachea of mice. The relieving cough effect was observed by tests of cough induced by ammonium hydroxide in mice and citric acid in guinea pigs or electric-evoked superior laryngeal never of cat. Result: The TACM could obviously increase the excretion quantity of phenofulphthalein in trachea of mice , decrease the frequency of cough, prolong latent period of cough in mice and guinea pigs, and advance threshold voltage in electric-evoked superior laryngeal nerve of cat. Conclusion: The experimental results showed that TACM has obviously expectorant and relieving cough effects.
