摘要
介绍了应用磁悬浮轴承研制的涡轮流量传感器 ,测量管道中的液体和气体流量的方法。较为详细的描述了在设计工况下 ,磁悬浮涡轮的工作状态。揭示了磁悬浮轴承与普通涡轮中使用的轴承之间的区别和特点。结果表明采用这种磁悬浮涡轮对测量介质进行测量时 ,始动流量大大下降 ,而测量大流量的限度可以提高 。
This article presents a method of measuring flux of gas and liquid in pipes, It uses a turbine flow sensor based on magnetic-suspension bearing. The running state of the magnetic-suspension turbine under designed conditions is described. The characteristic of the magnetic-suspension bearing and its differences from the general bearing are presented. The results of experiment show that when the method is adopted, the minimum flow declines very much, and the upper limit of measuring of flux is improved. Therefore the range for measuring is widened.
