摘要
本文对金属氧化物气体传感器特性进行分析 ,提出传感器阵列的灵敏度矩阵与被测气体浓度矢量和传感器阵列中各传感器响应矢量间的夹角有关。
The property of MOX(Metal OXide) gas sensor arrays is analyzed. The notion that sensitivity matrix of sensor arrays is related to the angle between sensors' output vectors and gas concentration vectors is presented. Further more, the sensitivity of sensor arrays relates to the angle's cosine.
