糖络饮治疗气阴两虚脉络瘀阻型糖尿病46例——附西药对照组35例

46 Cases of Qi-Yin Defficiency and Vessel Obstruction Syndrome Diabetic Treated by Tang Luo Yin:attaced 35 Cases of the Contrast group

观察糖络饮对糖尿病慢性血管并发症的多靶点效应。 81例患者随机分为治疗组 4 6例和对照组 35例。对照组常规降血糖及对症处理 ,治疗组加用糖络饮治疗。结果 :治疗组与对照组均能明显降低症状积分、空腹血糖 (FPC)、餐后 2h血糖 (P2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白 (HbA1C)、空腹胰岛素 (INS)及升高胰岛素敏感指数 (P <0 0 5 ,P<0 0 1)。且组间对照差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。在改善血液流变学参数方面 ,治疗组自身及与对照组比较 ,差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :糖络饮对改善和延缓糖尿病及血管并发症有确切疗效。

Objective:To investigate the multi-target effect of Tang Luo Yin in treating diabetic chronic vessel complication.Methods:All 81 diabetic patients were divided into two groups,the treated group and contrast group had 46 and 35 patients respectively.The contrast group was routinely lowered plasma glucose with symptoms treatmet meanwhile the treated group added Tang Luo Yin.Result:The symptoms scores,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour-post-meal plasma glucose and HbA 1C of these two groups were all significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the insulin sensitiving index was applarently increased(P<0.01).DifFerences between these two groups can be observed (P<0.05,P<0.01),for instance,the hemorhelogy index of treated group was improved than that of the contrast group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Tang Luo Yin has certainly effect in improving and retording diabetic vessel complication.
