A Survey on HIV Prevalence and Sexual Behavior Among 308 Female Sex Workers

目的 了解性乱妇女HIV感染情况及相关性行为特征 ,为制定预防策略提供依据。 方法 对 3 0 8名性乱妇女 ,采取匿名调查方法进行问卷调查和HIV抗体检测。 结果 调查对象HIV抗体检测结果 1人为阳性 ,年龄最小为15岁 ,2 1 4%性乱时从不使用安全套 ,1人既性乱又吸毒。 结论 性乱妇女HIV相关危险行为发生率高 ,应加强宣传教育和安全套的推广使用 ,以减少HIV经性传播。

Objective To investigate HIV prevalence and characteristics of sexual behavior in female sex workers, and provide information for prevention and control of AIDS. Methods 308 women were investigated anonymously with questionnaires and detected for HIV antibody. Result 1 of the 308 women was found to be infected with HIV, The youngest was 15 years old, 21.4% never used condom. Only one woman both had commercial sex activity and used drugs. Conclusion There are high AIDS-related risk behavior among this group of sex workers. Health education and condom use should be strengthened to control HIV transmitted through sexual behavior.
