摘要 目的 观察不同时段儿童尿碘浓度的变化。 方法 对 8~ 10岁男学生 117名在清晨、8:0 0、11:0 0、13 :3 0和 16:0 0五个时点跟踪采集尿样以快速定量检测法测定尿碘。 结果 五个时点尿碘中位数分别为 :3 0 2 .1、2 12 .1、2 41.2、2 92 .9和 3 5 5 .4μg/L ,差异显著 ,白天节律呈明显“V”字形。上午和下午尿碘中位数分别为 2 19.9和 3 2 3 .6μg/L。晨尿尿碘值越高 ,8:0 0时下降幅度越大。 结论 尿碘浓度具有白天节律变化规律 ,以尿碘评估IDD时应考虑采样时点对结果的影响。 Objective To observe the change of urinary iodine concentration of children at different time. Methods Collect the urine samples of the 117 boy students of 8 to 10 years old in the early morning and at 8:00, 11:00, 13:30 and 16:00 . Use fast quantitative measurement to determine urinary iodine. Result The median of urinary iodine at the five different time was 302.1 μg/L, 212.1 μg/L, 241.2 μg/L, 292.9 μg/L and 355.4 μg/L, showing a significant difference. The daytime rhythm appears clearly like “V'. The urinary iodine in the morning and in the afternoon was 219.9 μg/L and 323.6 μg/L. Urinary iodine concentration in early morning was the highest in one day, fell fast at 8:00. Conclusion Urinary iodine concentration changes regularly at daytime.The time of sample collection must be considered when using urinary iodine to assess IDD.
