摘要
目的 探讨脑挫伤后细胞凋亡相关基因Bcl -2、Fas表达的变化规律推断脑损伤时间。 方法 通过组织学和免疫组织化学法 (SP法 )观察、分析大鼠脑挫伤早期脑组织病理形态学改变及Bcl -2、Fas表达的变化规律。 结果 伤后 3 0min在脑挫伤周围神经细胞可见Bcl -2、Fas阳性表达 ,以后呈上升趋势 ,并且范围逐渐扩大 ,其中Bcl -2蛋白表达在 6h达高峰 ,随着呈下降趋势 ,8h后可见典型的凋亡神经细胞。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressive variety of apoptosis-related gene Bcl-2.Fas and the brain injury time after cerebral contusion. Methods The morphologia feature of brain tissue and the expression of Bcl-2.Fas were microscopically observed by immunohistochemical method. Result The expression of apoptosis-related gene was noted after 30 minutes and keep increasing subsequently.The expression of Bcl-2 reached the maximum level at 6 hours after brain trauma and then declined.Typical apoptotic cells were seen 8 hours after cerebral contusion. Conclusion Detecting the expression of Bcl-2 and Fas would be of valuable in the distinguishment of promortem and postmortem injury,and the estimation of brain injury time during the earlier period after cerebral contusion.
