复合季铵盐消毒剂对HBsAg破坏效果的试验观察

An Experimental Observation on Destructive Effect of Compound Quaternary Ammonium Salt on HBsAg

目的 为了解复合季铵盐消毒剂对HBsAg的破坏效果。 方法 采用载体微量定性法进行试验。 结果 在 19℃～ 2 1℃ ,以含 5 0 0 0mg/L季铵盐表面活性物的该复方稀释液作用 2 0min ,或含 40 0 0mg/L和 3 0 0 0mg/L季铵盐表面活性物的该复方稀释液分别作用 3 0min ,均可将不锈钢片上HBsAg的抗原性破坏。 结论 赛弗尔消毒剂可以将不锈钢片上HBsAg的抗原性破坏 。

Objective To observe the destructive effect of compound quaternary ammonium salt on HBsAg. Methods Carrier micro-qualitative test was carried out. Result At 19～21 ℃,the solution containing 5000mg/L compound quaternary ammonium salt with a 20 min contact, or the solution containing 4000mg/L and 3 000 mg/L compound quaternary ammonium salt with a 30 min contact could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg on stainless steel surface. Conclusion The Saifuer Disinfectant could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg on stainless steel surface, and it is a disinfectant with good appliance prospect.
