摘要 目的 观察人工合成组织再生膜修复动物牙周骨缺损的组织学变化及临床疗效。方法 用 10只大白兔建立牙周骨缺损模型 ,植入人工合成再生膜材料 ,2个月后处死 ,标本行组织学观察 ;临床选择 12例牙周骨缺损病例 ,进行引导组织再生术 (GTR) ,观察疗效。结果 兔牙周骨缺损内新生骨组织形成 ,光镜下见大量的骨母细胞、骨基质和骨胶原 ;临床病例有效率达 91.6 7%。结论 人工合成组织再生膜材料有良好的生物相容性 。 Objective To study the histological change in rabbits and clinical effect by using artificial membrane to repair the periodontal defect bone tissue. Methods The artificial membrane was an experimental material used to implant periodontal defect bone tissue in rabbits. The rabbits were sacrificed in 2 months. Histological investigation was performed on the sacrificed samples; 12 periodontal defect bone tissue was collected and the clinical effect of artificial membrane by treatment with GTR were assessed. Results New bone formation was observed in the periodontal tissue of rabbits. Microscopically, a great deal of osteoplasts, bone matrix and ossein were found; the successful rate of clinical treatment was 91.67%. Conclusion Artificial membrane was of good biocompatibility. It could promote the repair of defect bone tissue.
