巯基物质对急性坏死性胰腺炎合并肺损伤保护作用的实验研究

摘要 目的 探讨巯基物质在急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)时对肺泡细胞的保护作用。方法将108只大鼠随机分为A组(生理盐水组)、B组(巯基物质处理组)、C组(假手术组)。检测各组大鼠胰腺组织内巯基、丙二醛含量;观察光镜下胰腺组织、电镜下肺组织形态学改变。结果B组胰腺组织巯基含量明显低于C组,高于A组。B组胰腺组织丙二醛含量均明显高于C组,低于A组。B组胰腺组织及肺组织病理改变较A组减轻,腹水量亦少于A组。结论 ANP时巯基物质减少,丙二醛含量增加明显;外源性巯基物质可作为氧自由基清除剂保护胰腺细胞,同时保护肺泡细胞。 Objective To explore the protective effect of sulphyhydrl compound (Tiopronin) on pulmonary alveolar cell in acute necrotic pancreatitis(ANP).Methods Rats were divided randomly into three groups. Group A served as ANP with normal saline therapy, while B with Tiopronin. Group C was normal control. Total sulphyhydrl compounds, and MDA in pancrease tissue were assessed. Histopathological changes of pancrease and lung were observed. Results Total SH decreased markedly in group A and B, While MDA increased significantly. The level of TSH in group B was higher than that of group A, While MDA was in the contrary. The histopathological changes were prominent in group A and B. The injury of alveolar cell and the volume of ascites were less in group B compared with that of group A. The injury of the alveolar cells under microscopy in group B was milder when compared with that of group A. Conclusions TSH was decreased markedly in ANP,but increased markedly in MDA. Exgerous SH has played an important role in the protection of pancrease and P-A-cell,probably as important oxygen free radical scavenger.
