摘要
研究了从红酵母中提取、纯化超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的方法和条件。所得SOD酶比活2297.20U/mg,对粗酶液的收率为89.94%,纯化倍数为11倍。
This paper has studied the method and conditions of extracting and purifing superoxide dismutase from Rhodotorulasp..The ratio activity of SOD was 2297.20U/mg, the yield ratio of rough enzyme solution was 89.94% and the purification timesas much 11.
