摘要
目的:探讨枸杞多糖(LBP)对化学物质导致的生殖细胞损伤的影响。方法:用彗星电泳技术检测睾丸细胞拖尾细胞百分率及尾长。实验分四组:正常对照组;阳性对照组,睾丸细胞中仅加入H2O2染毒;LBP对照组,细胞中加入不同浓度的LBP;LBP+H2O2组,细胞先用不同浓度LBP作用1h,再加入H2O2共同培养25min。结果:LBP各剂量均能使过氧化氢染毒细胞的拖尾细胞百分率和尾长显著降低,二者呈剂量-反应关系。结论:LBP能抑制H2O2诱导的睾丸细胞损伤,对生殖细胞具有明显的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the inhibition effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) on germ cells' damage inducedby chemicals. Methods: Comet assay was used to determine the frequencies of cells with tail moment and the tail lengths. Fourgroups were divided: normal control group; positive control group with testicle cells given hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)only; LBPcontrol group with testicle cells cultured with different concentration of LBP and LBP+H2O2 group with testicle cells treatedby different concentrations of LBP for 1h firstly ,and then cultured with H2O2 for 25min. Results: LBP at all conconcentrationscould markedly decrease the frequencies of cells with tail moment and the tail lengths of testicle cells treated by H2O2,and thedosage-response relationships were apparent between them. Conclusions: LBP could inhibit testicle cells' damage induced byH2O2, hence enhance the significant protective action to germ cells.
