摘要
对传统食品加工设备—馒头成型机的成型原理及成型辊成型状况进行了分析和研究 ,并利用反求工程技术分析了成型辊的曲面形状 ,建立了螺旋曲面的数学方程 。
The shape theory of bread steam machine and shape roller is analysed; The reverse engineering is used to analyze curved surface of the spiral roller. The mathematics equation of the spire curve surface has been built. Through the research and these results, design basis of product has been provided.
