摘要
研究了铁 (Ⅱ ) 邻二氮菲 (phen)十六烷基甲基溴代铵 (CTMAB)树脂相吸光光度法 ,探讨了体系的最佳试验条件。最大吸收波长为 5 40nm ,铁量在 0~ 5 0 μg/5 0ml范围内服从比耳定律 ,灵敏度比在液相中提高了 10 .9倍。应用于自来水、地下水、湖水中铁的测定 。
In an acetate buffer around pH 4.5, ferrous iron reacts with 1,10 phenanthroline in the presence of CTMAB to form an orange red complex ( λ max =540nm). Two grams of the pretreated and air dried 717 # anion exchange resin are added to the reaction solution and shaked for 10min to have the color complex adsorbed on the resin and the absorbance is taken with a 0.5cm absorption cell. Beer′s law holds in the range of 0 to 50μg of iron(Ⅱ) per 50ml of solution. The molar absorptivity of this color complex is 1.2×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 which is about 10 9 times higher than that in aqueous solution. This method has been satisfactorily used in the determination of iron in water samples ( i.e. tap water, underground water and lake water).
