摘要
有乳化剂OP存在下 ,在pH 8.5的三乙醇胺 盐酸介质中 ,5 Br PADAP与镓生成红色络合物 ,其最大吸收波长为 5 5 5nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.2 5× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1。测得络合物的组成比为镓 (Ⅲ )∶5 Br PADAP =1∶1,含镓 0~ 10 μg/ 2 5ml符合比耳定律 ,采用乙酸丁酯萃取以分离干扰离子 ,分析了煤矸石中微量镓 。
In the presence of the non ionic surfactant OP, and in a trihydroxyethylamine (TEA) HCl buffer medium of pH 8.5, 5 Br PADAP reacts with Ga(Ⅲ) to form a red colored complex with its mole ratio (Ga(Ⅲ)∶R) of 1 to 1, and having its absorption maxima at 555nm and its apparent molar absorptivity of 1.25×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law holds in the range of 0 to 10μg of Ga(Ⅲ) per 25ml of solution. The interferences of Cu 2+ Cd 2+ Th 4+ Fe 3+ U(Ⅵ) Zn 2+ and Al 3+ are eliminated by extraction of the sample solution in 6mol·L -1 HCl with n butyl acetate. This method has been applied to the determination of gallium in coal gangue samples. Consistent results are obtained by this method as compared with the results obtained by the rhodamin B photometric method.
