摘要
知识型企业是由知识型员工构成的知识联合体,知识型员工有着与一般员工明显不同的特点,如何对知识型企业的岗位和薪酬结构进行人性化与柔性化的构建,以便有效地激励员工,将是知识型企业成功的关键。对传统岗位与薪酬结构设计模式进行了分析,探讨了知识型企业人性化与柔性化岗位与薪酬结构的构建以及管理模式的设计。
Knowledge enterprise is an knowledge union composing of knowledge employee. Knowledge employees have apparently different characteristics from common employees. How to construct humanity and flexibility' s structure and stimulate employee is the key to success. This paper analyses traditional post and compensation model, inquires into humanity and flexibility in post and compensation' s structure, and puts forward management model' s design in knowledge enterprise.
