摘要
目的:观察牙体缺损至龈下的残根及牙周组织三种处理方法对预后的影响。方法:采用电刀切除牙龈、冠延长术和根牵引术分别对4颗、24颗和10颗已做过完善根管治疗的患牙进行修复前处理,做桩核冠修复后进行1～6年随访。结果:切牙龈组预后效果最差,做根牵引术组病人的满意率最高。结论:临床上在适应证范围内应尽量先做根牵引术再做桩核冠修复。
Objective: To observe the prognosis of three treatments of the residual roots and periodontal tissue withsubgingival tooth defect. Methods: Electrosurgery, crown lengthening and forced eruption were used to deal with the 4、24 and 10 endodontically treated roots respectively before restoration. After restoration of routine post-core crowns, 1～6 years?follow-up was carried out. Results: The results showed that prognosis of the electrosurgery treated group was theworst, while the most satisfactory consequence was got in the forced eruption treated patients. Conclusion: Within thescope of indication, we should adopt the forced eruption before post-core crown restoration.
