鹿角胶丸对骨质疏松模型大鼠影响的实验研究 被引量:23

THE EFFECT OF "LUJIAO JIAOWAN" ON RAT MODEL OF OSTEOPOROSIS: An Experimental Study

摘要 为观察鹿角胶丸对骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢的影响 ,采用维甲酸建立大鼠骨质疏松模型 ,用鹿角胶丸灌胃给药治疗 6周 ,观察其对反映骨质疏松相关指标的影响。结果显示 ,模型组血清AKP、BGP低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,BMD显著低于正常对照组(P <0 .0 1) ,尿HOP明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。各治疗组BMD均显著高于模型组 (P <0 .0 1) ,尿HOP则显著低于模型组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中鹿角胶丸高剂量组疗效优于龙牡对照组 ,但无显著差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。表明维甲酸可导致大鼠骨结构改变 ,骨密度降低 ,应用鹿角胶丸后 ,可增加骨密度 ,调节AKP、BGP、HOP含量 ,为鹿角胶丸治疗骨质疏松提供实验依据。 In order to observe the effect of 'LUJIAO JIAOWAN' (LJJW, Cornu Cervi Micelles) on the bone metabolism in rat with osteoporosis, rat models of osteoporosis were made by tretinoin and treated by transgastrally-given LJJW for six weeks, and the effect of LJJW on the related indices reflecting osteoporosis were observed. The results showed: (1) compared with those of the normal control group, the serum AKP and BGP and BMD of the model group were lower or significantly lower (P < 0.05 or P <0.01) but the urinary HOP was obviously higher (P < 0.05); (2) compared with that of the model group, BMD of all treated groups was obviously higher (P < 0.01) but the urinary HOP was obviously lower (P < 0.05); (3) the group treated by high dose of LJJW had an advantage over the group treated by 'LONGMU ZHUANGGU CHONGJI' in the therapeutic effect but there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). It was suggested that tretinoin could result in rat bone structure change and reduce BMD; BMD could be increased and the levels of AKP, BGP and HOP could be regulated by LJJW, which could provide an experimental basis for the treatment of osteoporosis by LJJW.
