提高生活质量是全面建设小康社会的重要内容。小康社会的实现是通过生活质量的提高来完成的。生活质量包含着丰富的内容,是物质生活与精神生活的统一,同时也体现了社会生活环境与个人主观评价的结合。改革以来,我国人民的生活质量发生了深刻地变化,实现了由温饱到小康的历史性跨越,目前已经进入到追求生活质量的发展阶段。积极创造条件推进生活质量的提高,是全面建设小康社会的现实任务。

Improving the living quality is important content of the Building a Well- off Society in an All- round Way. The Well- off Society can only be realized through the improving of the living quality. Living quality includes plentiful contents, it is the integration of physical life and spiritual life, as well as the integration of social life environment and individual subjective valuation. Since the beginning of reformation, the living quality of our country's citizen has changed significantly and realized the transformation from warm- and- full to affluence, and recently enters the development stage of pursuing the living quality. It is the realistic duty of Building a Well- off Society in an All- round Way to set the stage for improving living quality.
