摘要
寻求治疗非稳定性肱骨外科颈骨折的有效方法 ,设计并采用双垂直牵引二步复位法治疗非稳定性肱骨外科颈骨折 33例 ,对照组 2 9例采用开放复位克氏针交叉内固定。结果显示总有效率观察组为 81.8% ,对照组为 5 5 .2 % ,两组疗效比较有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。临床观察认为双垂直牵引二步复位法设计合理 ,效果可靠 ,无合并症 ,能早期进行功能锻炼 ,有利于骨折愈合和功能恢复。
In order to seek an effective therapy for unstable surgical-neck fracture of the humerus (USNF), 33 cases of USNF were selected as the observed group and treated by double-vertical traction (DVT) and two-step reduction (TSR), and 29 cases were treated by surgical reduction and internal fixation with crossed Kirschner pins as the control group. The results showed that the total effective rates of the observed and control groups were 81.8% and 55.2%, respectively; the therapeutic-effect comparison of the two groups showed a significant difference (P<0.05). Through the clinical observations, it was believed that DVT-TSR has a rational design, reliable efficacy but no complications and allows the early functional exercises and benefits the fracture healing and the functional recovery.
