摘要 目的 观察年龄、性别、心率和前、后负荷等因素对儿童右心室多普勒超声Tei指数的影响 ,建立右心室Tei指数的正常值。方法 应用多普勒超声心动图技术估测 14 9名正常儿童 ,61例房间隔缺损患者和 3 4例肺动脉瓣狭窄患者的右心室Tei指数。结果 右心室Tei指数与年龄、性别、心率、前负荷与后负荷间无显著相关性 (P =0 .0 75 4,0 .865 2 ,0 .10 0 2 ,0 .410 4,0 .83 79,均 >0 .0 5 ) ,右心室Tei指数正常值为 0 .2 6± 0 .0 83 8。结论 多普勒超声Tei指数不受年龄、性别、心率及负荷状况等因素的影响 ,可以用来估测先心病儿童的右心室功能。 Objective To determine normal value of the Doppler Tei index of right ventricle (RV), and to assess the effects of age, gender, heart rate, altered ventricular preload and afterload on the RV index. Methods Doppler RV index were estimated in 149 children with normal heart, in 61 children with atrial septal defect and in 34 children with isolated pulmonary valve stenosis by doppler echocardiography. Results Doppler RV Tei index was independent of age (P=0.0754,>0.05=NS), gender (P=0.8652,>0.05=NS), heart rate (P=0.1002,>0.05=NS), preload (P=0.4104,> 0.05=NS) and afterload (P=0.8379>0.05=NS). The normal value on RV Tei index was 0.26±0.0838. Conclusion Doppler RV Tei index was not affected by age, gender, heart rate and loading condition, and it could be used to assess RV function in children with congenital heart disease.
