摘要
现行客车报废的标准是1972年制定的,已不能适应当前客运发展的形势,本文作者在调查研究的基础上,拟定了新的客车报废技术条件征求意见稿。文章介绍了该稿全文,并对制定新报废条件的必要性,报废条件与修车成本的关系,确定客车合理使用年限等问题也进行了相应说明。
The current standard for passenger car scrappingstipulated in 1972 can not meet the condition of pas-senger traffic development nowadays. The author ofthis paper worked out new technical conditions forpassenger car scrapping (draft to invite ideas), on thebasis of investigation. In this paper, the completedraft is introduced and problems about the necessityof working-out new scrapping condition. relation bet-ween scrapping condition and cost of car repair. andthe determination of the reasonable utilizing life(year) limit of passenger car are respectively explain-ed.
