笑气联合奥湿克镇痛在不孕症患者宫腔镜检查中的应用研究

Study on Analgetic Effect by Inhaling Nitrous Oxide and Taking Arthrotec Orally in Infertile Patients during Hysteroscopy

目的 :探讨笑气 (氧化亚氮 )联合奥湿克镇痛在不孕症患者宫腔镜检查中的应用价值。方法 :将 180例不孕症患者随机分为笑气组、奥湿克组和联合组。观察各组镇痛效果 ,扩张宫颈前 6号扩条能否通过宫颈管 ,术前、术后血压、心率、呼吸与血氧饱和度 ,手术时间、离院时间及有无不良反应。结果 :3组中任何两组间镇痛效果、6号扩条宫颈管通过率、手术时间和离院时间比较差别均有显著性或非常显著性 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,以联合组效果最佳。笑气组和联合组在术中能保持呼吸循环功能稳定。结论 :笑气吸入应用于宫腔镜检查镇痛效果确切 ,联合口服奥湿克镇痛效果非常理想。

Objective: To study the analgetic effect of combining inhaling nitrous oxide and taking arthrotec orally for infertile patients during hysteroscopy. Methods: 180 infertile patients undergoing hysteroscopy were ramdomly divided into three groups: nitrous oxide group, arthrotec group, and combined group. They were observed their heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, the operative time, the analgetic effect, the operative effect (if No.6 cervical dilator can pass cervix easily), and the staying time from end of surgery to discharge from hospital. Results: There was a significant difference in analgetic effect, the operative time, the operative effect, and the staying time between each two groups of these three groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Among them, the combined group was the best. There was little influence on respiratory and circulatory system in patients of nitrous oxide group and combined group. Conclusions: It is obviously that the analgetic effect by inhaling nitrous oxide and taking arthrotec orally is satisfied for the infertile patients during hysteroscopy.
