本文分析了当前我国市场秩序的状况。作者认为,我国现阶段市场主体的生存和发展,不仅仅依赖于自己的经济实力,更要依赖于政府部门的支持,企业的行为必然是“一只眼睛盯住市场,一只眼睛盯住市长。”我国市场主体有了一定程度的发育,但出现了市场主体行政化、行政主体市场化的趋向。流通领域中市场行为和行政行为互相渗透,胶着在一起,是市场秩序混乱的根源。作者认为建立市场秩序的关键是清理进入市场的交易主体,端正市场主体的行为。

The thesis analyses the conditions of the market order of China atthe present.the author thinks the existence and development ofmarket's main body in this stage in China not only depend on herown economic strength but also more depend on the supports of thegovernment.Naturally,the actions of the enterprises are to“gaze themarkets with one eye,and gaze the mayors with the other eye.”The market's main body in China has got a fairly development,but atsame time the trend of administrat,ionization of market's main bo-dy and marketization of administraation's main boby appeared.In the eircalation the ma(?)ket's actions and the adminstrative actio-ns infiltrat and deadlock each other.It is the reason why the market's order confuses.The author thinks that the key of setting upthe market order is the actions of putting the trade'main body thatentered the market in order and correcting the market's main bo dy.
