根据接触应力分析轴重与轮径的关系及货车轮径的选择

摘要 本文根据几种典型的接触应力参数,运用相应的判据,分析了轴重与轮径的关系及货车轮径选择问题。指出用比值(轴重/轮径)来分析接触应力应持慎重态度;当轴重从23t提高到25t时,采用φ840mm轮径、LM型踏面比采用φ915mm、锥形踏面更好。 In this paper, the relation betweenaxle load and wheel diameter as wellas selection of freight car wheel diam-eter' are analyzed according to severaltypical contact stress parameters andby applying corresponding criteria. Itis pointed out that it should be atten-tively to analyze the contact stress byusing the ratio axle load/wheel diame-ter; when the axle load is raised from23t to 25t, it is better to use 840mmwheel diameter and tread type LM thanto use 915mm wheel diameter and tap-ered tread.
