摘要
目的 减少大鼠原位小肠移植并发症 ,提高手术成功率 ,建立稳定的原位小肠移植模型。方法 采用Wistar大鼠作为实验动物 ,切除受体全小肠及盲肠 ,应用改良的Kort法行原位节段性小肠移植。结果 正式实验 5 1次 ,术后 7天存活率为 80 .4 % ,最长存活 >1 5 0天。结论 手术成功的关键在于①尽量减少供肠获取过程中的机械性和缺血性损伤 ;②应用合理而完善的血管重建技术预防血管吻合并发症 ;③术中及时充分补液以避免低血容量休克的发生 ;
Objective To reduce the surgical complications,raise the successful rate of orthotopic intestinal transplantation(OIT)and establish a stable model.Methods Wistar rats were used as experimental animal.The recipients whose entire small bowel and cecum were resected received segmental OIT using modified Kort's method.Results We performed 51 OIT.The survival rate over 7 days was 80.4% with the longest survival over 150 days.Conclusion The keys of success of the operation include:①minimizing mechanical and ischemic injures during the donor procedure;②applying excellent vascular reconstruction techniques to prevent the complication of vascular anastomosis;③administering prompt and adequate liquid supplement to prevent the happening of hypovolemic shock;④performing meticulous intestinal anastomosis with enough blood circulation to decrease the gut anastomosis complication.
