病理性瘢痕中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原mRNA及胶原蛋白表达与分布的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的 探讨病理性瘢痕中是否存在异常的胶原表达 ,及在瘢痕疙瘩 (K)与增生性瘢痕 (HS)中的区别 ,以期进一步了解两者的发生发展机制。方法 手术切取瘢痕标本 ,以普通瘢痕 (S)为对照 ,运用RT PCR方法和免疫组化测定病理性瘢痕中Ⅰ、Ⅲ前胶原mRNA及胶原蛋白的表达及分布情况。结果 病理性瘢痕中Ⅰ型前胶原mRNA及胶原蛋白表达与对照存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Ⅲ型前胶原mRNA及胶原蛋白在K组中的表达较增生性瘢痕和对照显著增强 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 病理性瘢痕组织中胶原合成及分布的变化在病理性瘢痕形成发展中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate whether there is abnormal collagen expression in pathological scars and the differences of keloid(K) and hypertrophic scars(HS),explore the growing mechanism of the keloid and hypertrophic scar.Methods Incising the scar specimen,the normal scar(S) as the control group,evaluated the expression and distribution of typeⅠand Ⅲ pro collagen mRNA and collagen with RT PCR and immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of typeⅠpro collagen mRNA and collagen in hypertrophic scar significantly differed from the control group( P <0.05); type Ⅲ pro collagen mRNA and collagen significantly increased in keloid ( P <0.05).Conclusion The variety of composition and distribution in the hypertrophic scar tissue plays important role in the formation and development of the hypertrophic scar.
