GIC表面酸蚀刻处理对GIC—复合树脂抗压强度影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 对玻璃离子粘固剂 (GIC)表面采用酸蚀刻处理与非酸蚀刻处理后形成的两组GIC 复合树脂复合体试件进行力学研究 ,以寻找良好的GIC表面处理方法。方法 制备抗压强度研究试件 2 0个 ,分为 2组 :①表面酸蚀刻处理的GIC 复合树脂复合体 ;②表面非酸蚀刻处理的GIC 复合树脂复合体。试件在INSTRON实验机上做抗压强度实验。结果 GIC表面酸蚀刻处理后充填复合体抗压强度明显高于非酸蚀刻组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 GIC表面酸蚀刻处理后 ,提高了GIC 复合树脂复合体抗压强度。 Objective To observe the influence of acid etch and unacid etch of GIC on compression of composite resin glass ionomer cement filling.Methods Twenty stainless steel molds were made and divided equally into 2 groups:①Deal with the surface of GIC:group A was acid etched composite resin glass ionomer cement.②Group B was unacid etched composite resin glass ionomer cement.Compression of composite resin glass ionomer cement filling were measured on INSTRON machince.Results The compression of group A was stronger than group B ( P <0.01) by t test.Conclusion Acid etch can raise compression of composite resin glass ionomer cement.
