免疫球蛋白对惊厥大鼠淋巴细胞凋亡的影响

Influence of immunoglobulin on lymphocyte apoptosis in peripheral blood of convulsion rats

目的 研究免疫球蛋白对惊厥大鼠外周血淋巴细胞早期凋亡的影响。方法 在Wistar大鼠腹腔内注射马桑内酯诱发大鼠惊厥发作 ,制作癫痫模型。将 30只Wistar大鼠随机分为 3组 ,A组 :致痫组 ;B组 :致痫 +静脉注射免疫球蛋白 (IVIG)组 ;C组 :致痫 +静脉注射生理盐水 (NS)组。采用流式细胞仪观察比较A、B、C3组外周血淋巴细胞早期凋亡率的变化。结果 ①惊厥大鼠外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率低于正常大鼠 ;②惊厥后 6h可见外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率下降 ;③IVIG组淋巴细胞凋亡率高于惊厥大鼠 ,经统计学处理 ,P <0 .0 5 ,差异有意义。

Objective To explore influence of immunoglobulin on early apoptotic lymphocyte in peripheral blood of convulsion rats.Methods The epilepsy model was established by injecting coriaria lactone(CL) into Wistar rats to induce the generalized seizures.Thirty rats were randomly divided into three groups,that was,group A:epilepsy;group B:CL plus intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG);group C:CL plus normal saline (NS).The percentage of early apoptotic lymphocyte in peripheral blood was detected with flow cytometry.Results ①The percentage of early apoptotic lymphocyte in peripheral blood in convulsion rats was lower than that of the normal rats;②The reduction of the percentage of apoptotic lymphocyte in peripheral blood was detected after 6 hours convulsion;③The percentage of apoptotic lymphocyte in group IVIG was higher than that of the convulsion rats.Conclusion IVIG might induce the lymphocyte apoptosis in peripheral blood of convulsion rats.
