术中联合应用射频切除巨大脑膜瘤

The combination of radiofrequency with surgical treatment on giant meningiomas

目的 :术中联合应用射频热凝技术 ,减少手术过程中的出血 ,提高手术效果。方法 :18例巨大脑膜瘤患者 ,切除肿瘤前先行对肿瘤进行射频热凝治疗。结果 :18例巨大脑膜瘤均手术全切除 ,肿瘤切除过程中出血量明显减少 ,术中仅 4例需要输血。结论 :手术中联合应用射频热凝技术 ,可提高巨大脑膜瘤的全切除率 ,明显减少术中出血 ,损伤和并发症。

Objective : To reduce the bleeding amount during operation and improve the surgical effect on treatment of giant meningiomas.Methods: There were 18 case of giant meningiomas in our study.before surgical resection the tumor, radiofrequency was performed routinely. Results 18 case of the giant meningiomas were total resection soungly.the bleeding amount of the patients was very few and only 4 cases needed blood infusion during operation. Conclusion : The combination of radiofrequency with surgical operation may improve the surgical effect on meningiomas,reduce the bleeding amount during operation,and reduce the surgical injury and complications.
