货币作用阶段论

On the stages of Money's Function

文章就货币对经济发展究竟起什么样作用的问题,作了较深入的探讨。作者认为从经济成长的角度来看,货币有时不起作用,有时又起作用,有时起促进作用,有时则起促退作用。货币对经济成长的作用,根据不同的情况,作者分为不起作用、起很小作用、起相当大作用,持续发挥作用,作用发生递减,不起作用、起负作用等七个阶段,并对每一阶段的条件、特点作了论述。最后,文章还将这七个阶段作了坐标描述,并从货币流通规律的角度对货币的作用进行了考察。

The thesis move deeply approaches a subject from what functionmoney plays in the economic development.The author thinks thatmoney some times has its effects,but sometime has no;it sometimeshas a forward role,but sometimes has a backward role from theangle of the economic growth.According to the different conditionsin the eeonomic growth,money's function was divided into sevenstages.They are,no effect,a few effect,great effect,continuous,effect progressively decreasiy effect,no effect and minus effect.etc.Atsame time it discusses the conditions and charatceristics in eachstage.At the least,it has a coordiate description to the sevenstages.and it investigates the money's function from the angle ofthe law of money's circulation.
