摘要
本文介绍了我国试制的DK_(19)型地铁客车第一辆铝合金车体的结构特点。该车各结点为等强度结构、车休整体承载、各构件的连接方式合理。并介绍了铝型材设计中应注意的事项。该车经静强度及一年多运行试验证明,其强度、刚度均符合TB1335—78《规范》的要求。文章还针对该年存在的问题,提出了改进意见。
The structural characteristics of the first alumi-num-alloy car body on metro train are introduced, suchas iso-strength structural connection joints, integralcar body load-carrying, proper connecting ways ofcomponents, and points for attention in the designingof aluminum profile. Static strength test and running-test of more than one year has proved that its streng-th and rigidity are up to the standards of TB1335-78. Improving suggestions of the existing problems onthe car are also offered.
