摘要
目的 观察以连续单相方波刺激兔坐骨神经中枢端所引起的呼吸、动脉血压和心率的变化。方法 用Medlab生物信号采集处理系统对兔坐骨神经中枢端刺激 (波宽 :2ms ,频率 :10Hz,强度 :6v ,时程 :6s) ,并将采集的呼吸、动脉血压和心率数据进行绘图、处理。结果 刺激兔坐骨神经中枢端 ,可引起呼吸加深加快 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,血压升高 (P <0 .0 5) ,但心率变化不显著 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 对呼吸和心血管机能的调节 ,除了与最基本的延髓呼吸和心血管中枢、大脑皮层、脑干和小脑等的神经元参与有关外 ,还与脊髓的低级反射中枢有关 。
Objective To explore the changes in respiration , art ery blood pressure and heart rate induced by electric stimulus to the central en ds of rabbit sciatic nerves with successive monophase square wave.Method s Using the biological signal collecting and handling system named Medl ab stimulates the central ends of rabbit sciatic nerves to observe the changes i n respiration ,artery blood pressure and heart rate and processes and analyses t he relevant data. Stimulative parameters are as follows: wave width, 2 ms; frequ ency, 10 Hz; intensity, 6v; and time, 6 s.Results Stimulation t o the central ends of sciatic nerves in rabbits deepened and quicken breath ( P <0.001), increased artery blood pressure ( P <0.05), but didn't change hear t rate significantly ( P >0.05). Conclusion Regulation of the respiratory and cardiovascular function , besides the neurons of the basic resp iratory and cardiovascular center in medulla oblongata, cerebral cortex, brain s tem and cerebellum involved in, is related to the lower reflex center in spinal cord and the sciatic nerves may play some roles in this regulation.
