血管内皮生长因子在胰腺癌中的表达及意义

Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and its Progn ostic Value in Pancreatic Cancer

目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达在胰腺癌中的变化以及与胰腺癌临床病理间的关系。方法 应用免疫组化法分析 3 6例胰腺癌、12例正常胰腺组织中的VEGF表达。结果 胰腺癌组织中VEGF阳性表达率为 75% ,显著高于癌旁组织 2 3 .5% (P <0 .0 1)及正常胰腺组织 16.7% (P <0 .0 1) ,淋巴结转移组VEGF阳性表达率为 87.5% ,显著高于无转移组60 0 % (P <0 .0 5)及正常胰腺组 41.7% (P <0 .0 5) ,而VEGF与分化程度及TNM分期无关。结论 VEGF表达高低可作为判断胰腺癌淋巴结转移预后的关系。

Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in pancreatic cancer and its relation with the c linical pathology.Methods Immunohisochemistry method was used to detect the expression of VEGF in 36 cases of pancreatic cancer and 12 normal pancreas tissue specimen. Results The VEGF expression of the pancreatic cancer was 75%,higher than that at pericancerous tissue 23.5%( P <0.01) and normal pancreatic tissue 16.7% ( P <0.01) . The expression of lymp h nodes metastasis group was 87.5%,higher than that of the non-metastasis group 60.0% ( P <0.05) and the normal control group 41.7% ( P <0.05). C onclusion The higher expression of VEGF in the pancreatic cancer may be used to evaluate lymph nodes metastasis and the prognosis of panc reatic cancer.
