摘要
介绍了YW_(25A)型空调硬卧客车的主要技术参数、总体布置、各部位的主要结构特点及存在的问题和改进方向。该车车体长25.5m,车辆自重45.5t,定员66人;采用日本进口轴承、迷宫式轮箱、356mm密封式制动缸,板材和压型件均采用日本进口的耐候钢板,在钢结构组装过程中,还试验了新工艺等,并在结构设计中采用了许多新技术及新材料。
The principle technical parameters and generalarrangement of air-conditioned, semi-cushioned berthsleeping car type YW_(25A) are introduced. And the mainstructural characteristics of every part, existing prob-lems and improvement aim are pointed out. The carbody is 25.5m long, with tare weight of 45.5t, andseating capacity of 66. Axle bearings exported fromJapan, labyrinth sealed axlebox and seal-typed brakecylinder with 356mm-diameter are put into use. Wea-ther resistant steel plates exported from Japan are app-lied in plate and mould pressed components. New tech-nology is tested in the assembly process of car bodyframing, and new techniques and materials are adoptedin structural design.
