目的 评介R80型自动血液粘度仪的性能。方法 分析 60个工作日的测定结果 ,观察仪器所测的高、低切粘度与压积、血沉、血浆粘度之间的相关性。结果 仪器能分辨出压积均值相差 0 .0 1的粘度差异 ,能反映压积相等时 ,因血沉加快(P <0 .0 1)和血浆粘度升高 (P <0 .0 5)而引起的全血粘度的增加 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 R80型半自动血液粘度仪的性能较好 。

Objective To evaluate the capability of R-80 autowash blood viscometer (R80a) Methods To analyse the measuration re sults in 60 workdays.To observe the correlation among blood viscosity(200s - 1 ,3s -1 ), HCT,ESR and serum viscosity.Results R-80a we re able to differentiate blood viscosity when HCT( x) increased 0.01. When HCT were equal,ESR and serum viscosity have significant height( P<0.01,P<0 .05) ,the two groups blood viscosity(200s -1 ,3s -1 ) have signif icant height( P<0.01) Conlusion The capability of R80a were better.It were able to offer exacter blood(serum) viscometer target for clinic.
