神灸贴治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床研究

Effect on Shen-jiu-tie to Primary Dysmenorrhea Due to Cold Obstruction Causing Blood Stasis

目的 观察神灸贴治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法 采用随机、双盲、对照、单模拟平行实验方法 ,将 80例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者随机分为“神灸贴”外贴神阙穴治疗组和市售“痛经贴”外贴神阙穴对照组 ,每组 4 0例 ,以症候积分进行临床疗效评价。结果 治疗组治疗前后积分差值为8 76± 0 .87,对照组为 8.76± 0 .87;治疗组痊愈 3例 ,显效 1 6例 ,有效 1 6例 ,无效 5例 ,显愈率为 4 7 5 0 % ,总有效率为 92 .5 0 % ;对照组痊愈 1例 ,显效 1 0例 ,有效 2 1例 ,无效 8例 ,显愈率为 2 7.5 0 % ,总有效率为80 0 0 % ;两组总有效率比较 ,P >0 .0 5 ;但两组显愈率比较 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 “神灸贴”

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on Shen-jiu-tie to primary dysmenorrhea due to cold obstruction causing blood stasis.Methods Constrasted the treated results of 80 cases of primary dysmenorrhea by pasting Shenque point with Shen-jiu-tie (treated group, 40 cases) and Tong-jing-tie (control group, 40 cases). Results Curative effets were evaluated by symptom integral. The therapeutic effect of treated group in 40 cases was cure 3 cases, markedly effect in 16 cases, effect 16 cases and no improvement in 5 cases, and the markedly and general effective rate being 47.50% and 92.50%. Meanwhile, the therapeutic effect of control group in 30 cases was cure 1 case, markedly effect in 10 cases, effect 16 cases and no improvement in 8 cases, and the markedly and general effective rate being 27.50% and 80.00%. There was no marked difference between the two groups in general effective tate (P>0.05), but the markedly effective rate of treated group was superior to control group (P<0.01). Conclusions Pasting Shenque point with Shen-jiu-tie was a good therapy to primary dysmenorrhea due to cold obstruction causing blood stasis.
