扩肛、缝扎、注射治疗ⅡⅢ期内痔及混合痔837例

Anal Canal Dilataltion,Transdixion of Rectal Mucousa and Sclerosing Agent Injection Therapy for ⅡⅢ Degree Hemorrhoids and Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的 :探讨ⅡⅢ期内痔及混合痔的治疗方法。方法 :用扩肛、直肠黏膜缝扎、注射疗法治疗ⅡⅢ期内痔及混合痔 837例。结果 :2 2 5例进行了 1个月、 6个月、 1年、 5年、 1 0年随访 ,未见复发。结论 :适度扩肛解除肛垫肥大造成的相对狭窄 ,药线缝扎、硬化剂注射治疗松弛。

In This paper reports 837 cases with Ⅱ~Ⅲ degree hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids who were treated with anal canal dilataltion,transfixion of rectal mucousa and Injection sclerotherapy.Of the patients 225 cases were followed up for 1 month to ten years,but no recurrence was found.This paper gives a particular description of the surgical procedure and discusses in the relation between hemorrhois and constipation.The author would consider that the main reason about clinical symptoms of the hemorrhoid disease is related to rectal mucousa of relaxation,prolapse and anal cushion displacement.It is a effective therapy to treat the Ⅱ~Ⅲ degree hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids that are moderatien in anal canal dilataltion relieve of anal canal relatively stricture due to anal cushion hypertuophy,and medical transfixion therapy and sclerosing agent injection therapy were used to treat rectal mucousa relaxation,prolapse,and anal cushion displacement.
