长客厂制造的SYZ_(25B)空调双层硬座车共有5个车型,除一位端中层一位侧的布置有区别外,其余布置均相同。定员分别为176、180、182三种。该车使用寿命为25～30年。车体钢结构为非贯通中梁整体承载薄壁筒体全钢焊接结构;车内设备采用各种新材料,新工艺;各墙板连接均采用插接,室内无明钉;各木质件均进行阻燃处理;采用高强度钩缓装置。

There are 5 kinds of double deck semi-cushioned seating cars type SYZ25B manufac-tured by Chang Chun Passenger Cars Manufac-turing Factory. They differ only in the ar-rangement of No. 1 position (according to Chi-nese way of position naming) on 'B' ends inmiddle decks. The seating capacity is 176,180 or 182, and the service life is 25-30 years.The carbody structure is integral load-carryingand all steel thin-wall cylindrically welded. Thecenter sill is non-through. New materials andtechnologies are applied on the inside equip-ment: cut-in connection between wall plates andopen nails inside the rooms, fire retardanttreatment of wooden parts. High strengthdraft gears are also applied on the cars
