富丁汤治疗肾虚湿热型慢性前列腺炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Using Fu Ding Tang to Treat Chronic Prostatitis due to Kidney Insufficiency with Damp-heat

慢性前列腺炎肾虚湿热型居多。通过临床观察 ,民族药方富丁汤的有效率为 86 .2 5 % ,优于对照组氧氟沙星和前列康。对于细菌性慢性前列腺炎 ,富丁汤与氧氟沙星无差异 ;对于非细菌性慢性前列腺炎 ,其疗效则明显优于氧氟沙星。此外 ,富丁汤在改善临床症状。

Most cases of Chronic Prostatitis are due to Kidney insufficiency with damp-heat. Clinical observations have shown that the effective ratio of Guangxi nationality prescription Fu Ding Tang to the disease is 86.25%, which is better compared with the control group treated by Yang Fu Sha Xing and Jian Lie Kang. Both Fu Ding Tang and Yang Fu Sha Xing have demonstrated the same effect when used to bacterial chronic prostaticus, but Fu Ding Tang is magnificently better than Yang Fu Sha Xing when used to non-bacterial chronic prostatitis. Moreover, Fu Ding Tang is better in reducing clinical symptoms, increasing the amount of zinc in succus prostaticus and reducing the amount of immuglobulin IgA in succus prostaticus.
